The MS Word plugin should have been installed when Zotero Desktop was installed. It should add a tab at the top of MS Word similar to EndNote.
To add a citation in Word, click the Add/Edit Citation button from the Zotero toolbar. The first time the button is selected, you will be prompted to select your citation style. Thereafter, the red Zotero popup will appear in the center of your screen.
The default view for finding your sources is Keep Sources Sorted.
In this view, you may type the title or author of a paper to insert the citation. Select the desired citation and then click the arrow to the right.
The Classic View will popup a window that will list all the papers in your library. The Classic View makes adding page numbers to your in-text citation easier.
To insert the bibliography, place your cursor where the bibliography is desired and click the Add/Edit Bibliography button.
